DETACHED HOUSE STUDY

The House complex is set by the sea and combines a ground-floor House of 50,00 m2, a double-house of two separated dwellings of 60,00 and 50,00 m2, and a two-floor-maisonette of 106,00 m2.

The main target of the design is the maximum Energy savings , with the use of natural material as stone on the exterior walls and also with the special design of the windows, as well as the comfort and functionality of everyday activities with an extra emphasis on the outdoor ones.

A wide Beton-made stripe that appears in all of the buildings, unifies optically but also essentially the House complex , creating middle Spaces that contribute to the socialization of the habitants while obtaining a sense of privacy and independence of every home.
